| Description: | Awarded to a student entering their first year at Â鶹´«Ã½ (not necessarily their first year in university studies), based on the applicant's personal statement detailing the impact Â鶹´«Ã½ (or SDU/PWC) has had on their family. AVC and graduate students are eligible if they are entering Â鶹´«Ã½ for the first time. |
| Background: | For generations families have been attending Â鶹´«Ã½ and its predecessor institutions Prince of Wales College (PWC) and St. Dunstan's University (SDU). The Â鶹´«Ã½ Alumni Association understands the impact that education has created for these families. We would like to hear firsthand about the legacy that Â鶹´«Ã½ plays in the lives of our current students. |
