We require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for bookings, please. Our facilities are staffed by student monitors and we need time to secure these staff for events/activities at our outdoor venues.
We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for facility rentals. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations under 24 hours notice.
Hourly Rental Fees (May 1, 2025–April 30, 2026)

- Two courts - $85
- One court - $48

- $89
Â鶹´«Ã½ Alumni Canada Games Track and Grass Field
- $65
*All fees subject to HST.
- Rental fees for Â鶹´«Ã½-sponsored events are subject to change due to agreements/contracts with special interest groups or sponsors.
- Users must abide by group policies and rules of use.
