Submit a Job Board Posting (non-Co-op)
Employers looking to list a job for current Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students or alumni can have those positions posted on our online job board. If you are looking to employ past or present Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students you are welcome to submit a job posting.
Volunteer organizations can also submit volunteer opportunities through this service.
Note for veterinary employers: Career Services will no longer be posting Veterinary job opportunities to our job posting board. Please forward your Veterinary job opportunity details to avc-acad-stu@upei.ca so your ad can be circulated to Atlantic Veterinary College students directly.
To submit a job/volunteer opportunity
Step 1:
Prepare an email that includes:
- The name of the company and the title of the position
- A brief write up describing the position (include details such as duties, location, hours, etc.)
- Closing date
- Job location
- Salary or pay rate*
- Job ad attached in .pdf format, or the URL of the website where the job ad can be found
- Information on how to apply for the position
*As of June 1, 2022, employers who publish a publicly-advertised job posting in PEI for the position or the range of expected pay for the position.
Step 2:
Once you have prepared the requirements from Step 1, send your job posting by email to careerservices@upei.ca. Including the requirements in your initial email will ensure your job is posted as soon as possible!
Step 3:
If you need to update your job posting or change the closing date, email careerservices@upei.ca. Please include the title of the position in the subject line of your email.
